I had a really good stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites Saginaw. The room was neat and updated, the hotel was perfectly clean. The location was peaceful and convenient, approximately a 10-15 minutes' walk from Fashion Square Mall. The property is in a well-kept area close to shopping, dining, theaters, and more. My room included central heating, pay television, and a living area.

I feel we were cheated, because the main reason we picked this hotel was because of the pictures of the pool, the pool was under repair and not working. My wife has had cancer twice and she needs the hot tub, but that was taken out completely. Ice machine didn't work. I feel we should have been offered a reduced rate, but wasn't even considered, even though it was suggested. For being a marriott, we're very disappointed.
